The Howard County Concert Odyssey will present the Arcadia String Quartet on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at 4 p.m., live-streamed FREE from St. John’s Episcopal Church, Ellicott City. CLICK HERE to view the virtual concert.
The Quartet will present works by Mozart and Mendelssohn, including Mozart’s String Quartet No. 14 in G Major, K.387 (The Spring Quartet) and Mendelssohn’s String Quartet No. 1, Op. 12 in E flat Major.
Laura Knutson, violinist, Soojin Chang, violinist, Derek Smith, violist, and MaryAnn Perkel, cellist, make up the Arcadia String Quartet. These musicians are all local to the Baltimore area and have quite impressive resumes.
