A reed quintet comprised of oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bass clarinet and bassoon, the Atlantic Reed Consort features a cutting-edge sound and style that embraces the contemporary while bringing a new style to standard works by Bach, Ravel and Gershwin.

The Odyssey annually showcases promising young musicians in Howard County, giving them an opportunity to perform side-by-side with veteran professional musicians at concert events. This year, the Odyssey will feature the talented student musicians from the Oakland Mills High School Orchestra.
