Howard County Concert Orchestra

“African Heritage”- celebrating music by composers of African heritage from  Africa, America and Europe featuring Beverly White-Seals, president and CEO of the Community Foundation of Howard County as Emcee, and Denée Barr, visual and performing artist in a special Preamble to the concert.  Also featuring rare African art on display from the African Art Museum of Maryland, Doris Ligon, Curator,  and a slideshow of  photos and memorabilia related to the composers of music performed at the concert.
